uBe Art is available for hosting your event!

uBe Art provides rental space as well as coordination of details. Our gallery is available at an hourly rate.

Any additional services are calculated separately.

Below are the nuts and bolts. Drop us a line if you need a bit more info. We’d love to help you create a smashingly fab event!

Days / Hours: Monday – Sunday 8AM – 11PM (flexible for weekend evening shindigs)

Rental Flat Rate: $75hr (Rental hours include set up, tear down, and clean up time.)

Deposit: $125 (subtracted from event total) (non-refundable if reservation is canceled less than 10 days in advance)

Amenities

• Gallery Size: Aprox 800 sq ft – take a virtual tour, click here

• Seating Capacity: 20 with additional 6 foot buffet table – or – 28 without buffet table

• Seating Arrangements: 3 six foot tables (seating 8 each) and one square table (seating 4) with folding chairs

• Standing Capacity: Aprox 40

• Additional: Wi-fi Access, Microwave, Sound System

Event Options

If you are looking for more than rental space, and need assistance with additional details of your event, uBe Art can coordinate:

• Catering based on your menu preference and budget

• Flowers and or decorations

• Provide creative workshops for team building events

• Coordinate DJ services
