Join uBe Art on Friday, May 6th for a festive Opening Reception with live music and libations. We've selected 46 amazing portraits from talented artist across the country.

About the exhibition:
“I leave you my portrait so that you will have my presence all the days and nights that I am away from you.” - Frida Kahlo
Artists have created self portraits for centuries—in part to ensure presence in their absence.
Often portraits convey the impression the artist believes, hopes or fears they leave on those around them. It may covey something unspoken, or simply be a visual feast for beauty sake. It may hint at something as did the Mona Lisa.
This special exhibition of portraits looks to reveal a hint at what lies beneath.
